Background

Frank enjoyed a 40-year career in international banking and most recently in microfinance. He has a passion for developing people and helping new Board members grow into their positions. Having served as both as Chief Executive in 6 countries and on boards on over 10, 2 of those as Chair, he brings extensive experience in diverse cultures and business styles, Governance, Risk and Audit and understands the need to develop a skill set in committees within boards.
