Fergus has global experience in commercial and general management roles and specialises in business turnarounds and companies looking to scale. Having been at the forefront of the Renewable Sector in the UK, Europe and the US, Fergus now focuses his energies and experience on helping both individuals and businesses to have the belief that they can be a force for good and drive positive change.

Most of Fergus's experience has involved industrial (hardware and software) and engineering firms with ongoing service proposition to clients. He now has a strong focus on Renewable Energy and environment, and has co-founded a business to develop offshore wind farms. He is a professional negotiator and a qualified trainer, and is an active investor in start-ups.
