Kamran H. Khan

Kamran, a former investment banker, brings over 18 years of experience in private capital finance and alternative investments and is a seasoned board advisor. His core experience encompasses investment structuring and capital raising across the Energy, Commodities, Early-Stage Technology and Infrastructure sectors. Prior to co-founding UK legal tech firm Waseeya in 2021, Kamran held the role of Strategy and Investment Director for Expand Energy Corp, an energy infrastructure company focused on midstream Oil & Gas sector assets in West Africa. Prior to this role, Kamran was the Managing Director of Millennium Investment Holdings Limited, an international corporate holding company where he was based in the UAE and oversaw operations and restructuring of portfolio companies across the energy, telecommunications and automotive sectors as well as investment appraisals for new projects. From 2008 to 2015 Kamran co-founded and ran Prosperitus Partners a corporate finance advisory firm based in London focused on structuring and capital raising for greenfield Energy, Industrial, and Commodities sector projects. Prior to 2008 Mr Khan worked at Goldman Sachs International in London most latterly within the European Equities division, prior to which he worked within the Prime Brokerage Trade Management Group at Goldman Sachs. Mr Khan started his career at UBS Investment Bank’s award-winning Equity Research division in London.
