Mike has been a Director for over 35 years and has advised all scales of company Boards from startups through to incumbent FS institutions. He has been an Advisory Director for leading Fintechs (everything from strategy brainstorming to network introductions), Non-executive director for RPT One Ltd, as well as being Chair of Risk Committee and responsible for all risk governance. Mike has interviewed over 100 Founders, Chairmen, NEDs, Angels and VCs on how best to leverage the Board and make it an engine of growth to really drive a company forwards. Mike is a mentor at Barclays Rise.
